Brushing Teeth
A foot stool will make it much easier to keep your back upright. Even when you bend forward to rinse your brush or mouth bend from the hips not the waist. A trick to make this simpler is to keep your chest lifted up while you bend forward (Figs. 3A and B).

PROGRESSIVE HEALTH & WELLNESS BLOG:

A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF ACUPUNCTURE : Acupuncture works by stimulating the release of endorphins to decrease pain, and speed healing. Traditional Chinese Medicine uses the theory of energy, or “qi”, pronounced “chee”, to explain how acupuncture works. Qi flows through the body via channels called meridians. If the qi flow is altered, the resulting deficiency, excess, or stagnation of qi causes bodily malfunction, illness, and inability to properly heal. Acupuncture, in which needles are inserted into specific points along these meridians, restores the proper qi flow, thereby returning the body to a state of improved health and decreased pain.
